Miley Cyrus' parents, Billy Ray & Tish, are divorcing after 17 years of marriage. They told People: 'As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts & prayers.' Divorce papers filed on Wednesday in Tennessee citing irreconcilable differences.
